The SAFEtrack program has been extended
The new Caljan RollerTrack conveyor family is designed to improve safety and efficiency at docking bays. Caljan RollerTrack can be fully underguarded with metal plates, protecting the operator from the mechanism underneath.
Caljan RollerTrack is a telescopic conveyor used for loading goods into lorries. Its sections are extendable and retractable reaching right to the back of any trailer. Parcels slide to the end of the track on galvanised rollers, where they can be swiftly loaded into a waiting lorry. A parcel stop prevents parcels from falling off the track, if the operator is not ready to take them. This means easier manual handling, reduced work stress and fatigue, and improved productivity. |

| Featuring an extendibility of up to 13 metres, RollerTrack is available in three basic models which vary in width, and length to suit all applications. Designed with safety in mind, the chains that move the telescopic sections are encased in the steel construction, eliminating areas that are a danger to the operator. The double-chain mechanism provides smooth movement, ensuring longevity and safe operation. Other benefits include 65 mm roller pitch throughout the machine and transfer plates between the telescopic sections to aid parcel transfer with no risk of damage to the parcel. |
